Scoring thresholds
- Bilirubin without PBC: less than 35 = 1 point, 35-51 = 2 points, above 51 = 3 points
- Bilirubin with PBC: less than 68 = 1 point, 68-171 = 2 points, above 171 = 3 points
- Albumin: above 35 = 1 point, 28-35 = 2 points, below 28 = 3 points
- PK (INR): less than 1.7 = 1 point, 1.7-2.3 = 2 points, above 2.3 = 3 points
- Ascites: none = 1 point, mild = 2 points, severe = 3 points
- Encephalopathy: none = 1 point, grade 1-2 = 2 points, grade 3-4 = 3 points
